These layers I can't explane well. All we are doing is getting rid of the american flag design that is not stars by covering it up. I can't give you sizes and stuff because that will take far to long. So I have put in help pictures that will match a color to a layer. The real color of the next few layers is X:-16 Y:-23 S:14 A:100. They are all design 103 except the sides that are 104.

-The Stars-
Ok next up the stars. I can't tell you how where to place them as its your choice and random. There is no oreder so its just what makes you happy.Look at my picture and make sure you space the stars out and are not all crambed together. You have from layer 29 to layer 52 to make the stars on back of attire,front,sides and on that kneepad. So don't put like 22 stars on front and leave none for other bits. Space them out and not to many on one bit.
I can say to get these star designs go to Body>Tattoos>Sybols and chose where you want to put them first. number 141/141. For size. Not to big so its HUGE. small stars spread over attire look much better. If you need to search up the 06 attire and look at it for help yourself. I myself never took a star over the lowest hight and mostly kept on lowest width. Just choose the default white color
